Kitchen and Laundry Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Kitchen and Laundry Technician to join our team in Rixos Al Mairid at Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our kitchen and laundry facilities ensuring smooth operations and adherence to hygiene standards.Operate clean and maintain kitchen and laundry equipment including dishwashers washing machines dryers and cooking appliancesPerform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks in kitchen and laundry areas following established procedures and schedulesMonitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the appropriate supervisorAssist in the proper storage and organization of kitchen utensils linens and other suppliesConduct routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needsCollaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasksAdhere to all health safety and hygiene regulations and guidelinesAssist in training new team members on equipment operation and cleaning proceduresMaintain accurate records of cleaning activities equipment maintenance and inventoryQualifications : Proficiency in operating various kitchen and laundry equipmentStrong knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing proceduresBasic maintenance and troubleshooting skills for kitchen and laundry equipmentExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standardsPhysical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing walking and lifting for extended periodsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsFood safety certification preferredPrevious experience in kitchen or laundry operations particularly in a hospitality or healthcare setting is a plusFamiliarity with UAE health and safety regulations is beneficialAdditional Information : Competitive salary and service charge.Accommodation and meals provided.Health insurance and visa sponsorship.Career growth opportunities in a luxury hospitality brand.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Food Service,Hp Unix,Building Construction,Aerospace,Drafting,Cisco Experience: years Vacancy: 1
