Job Description

Responsible to provide full range of secretarial and adminitrative support activities inclusive of highly confidential and senstitive matter to ensure smooth operation of the designated departmentOrganize Daily incoming Correspondence make preliminary assesment and handle respond as appropriateCompose and prepare routine correspondence and prepare simple interpretation of documents and correspondence if requestedPrepare assemble and distribute various report and documentsRecieve and screen all incoming telephone calls provide and recieve information r refers the matters to the appropriate person to handleEstablish and Maintain various filing/Records/Database of Business contacts Trace pending items and follow up as appropriateArrange for various meeting and take minutesFunction as an administrative link to ensure that all parties recieve the relevant information respectivelyOrganize all necesarry documents needed by Executive ChefHandle the Culinary Staff AttendanceMaintains and Update the Culinary Notice BoardOrdering Office stationary suppliesSupervise and coordinate activities of staffAdminister salaries and determine leave entitlementsInvolve in staff training and developement staff assesment and promotionsFollow all company policies and proceduresQualifications : Miminum 12 years of experience as Administrative role in a 5 star hotel.Additional Information : Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract recruit and promote diverse talent.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Fulltime Key Skills Food Service,Hp Unix,Building Construction,Aerospace,Drafting,Cisco Experience: years Vacancy: 1
