Legal adviser vacancy in El-Fujairah UAELegal Adviser for Indian Nationals in El-Fujairah, UAE.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to provide expert legal counsel to our Indian clients in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for interpreting laws, regulations, and policies relevant to our clients’ business operations in the UAE. You will also review and draft legal documents, provide legal advice and recommendations, and represent our clients in court proceedings if necessary.To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations as well as UAE laws related to business operations. You should also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases simultaneously.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law or relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or practicing lawyerIn-depth knowledge of Indian laws and regulationsFamiliarity with UAE legal system and business environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityFluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and recommendations to Indian clients regarding their business operations in the UAEInterpret laws, regulations, and policies relevant to our clients’ business activitiesReview and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policiesRepresent clients in court proceedings when necessaryConduct legal research on various topics related to our clients’ businessesKeep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect our clients’ operationsCollaborate with other departments within the company to ensure compliance with legal requirementsHandle any other tasks assigned by senior managementWe are looking for a professional who is dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to our Indian clients.
