Legal Assistant - Intern

Job OverviewAssist in drafting reviewing negotiating executing and managing contracts and relevant documents.Conduct detailed review and verification of KYC documents for partners and clients and assist partners in completing their KYC questionnaires. KYCKYCSupport handling judicial requests for evidence collection and preparation of necessary documentation.Assist in monitoring and managing trademark applications and registration processes.Coordinate and facilitate communications and document exchanges with external legal counsels.Assist in drafting reviewing and managing internal compliance documentation and legal reports.Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelors degree or higher in Law or a related field; candidates who have passed the judicial examination or have relevant internship experience are preferred.Excellent communication interpersonal and coordination skills highly responsible and detailoriented.Proficient in using office software including Word Excel and PPT.
