Provide timely and practical legal advice to management and business unitsInterpret Saudi laws, regulations and regulatory updates affecting operationsSupport commercial decision making through legal risk assessmentDraft & review of contracts (Vendor/Supplier agreements, Project related/Customer contracts etc.)Ensure contracts comply with KSA legal framework and AE standardsEnsure contractual terms protect company interests, identify legal risks and align with AE policiesCoordinate with external law firms & oversee individual cases strategy, documentation & court filingsPre litigation risk mitigation which involves proactive measures taken before formal lawsuitAdvise management on legal dispute exposure and settlement strategyRepresent the company before competent courts, judicial committees, and quasi-judicial authorities when required.Manage, prepare and administer all related end-to-end legal documentation.Ensure proper authorization and compliance with regulatory submissions.Oversee timely electronic filings, case follow-ups, and official correspondence.Partnering effectively with Internal functions/stakeholders on legal matters.Monitor legal and regulatory developments in KSASkillsBachelors’ degree in Law (L.L.B)7+ years' experience in commercial laws (GCC experience is a must)Must hold a valid professional license to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaBasic Computer SkillsFluent English#J-18808-Ljbffr
