In this capacity, you will manage cash flow, funding strategies, and risk assessments to support the company's strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and short-term funding strategiesDevelop cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity positions to ensure adequate funding for operational needsManage banking relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure effective execution of financial transactionsPerform financial risk analysis related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and investment portfoliosImplement and maintain treasury policies and procedures to optimize financial performance and complianceAssist in developing and executing investment strategies to maximize returns while managing riskPrepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on treasury performance and market conditionsCollaborate with various departments to align financial activities with organizational objectivesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (CFA/CTP) is preferred5-8 years of experience in treasury management or financial analysis rolesStrong knowledge of cash flow management, financial instruments, and investment strategiesExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial dataProven ability to manage banking relationships and negotiate favorable termsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across departmentsProficiency in financial software and treasury management systemsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBenefitsComprehensive benefits package#J-18808-Ljbffr
