It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub - a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.About the RoleAre you passionate about data accuracy, governance, and driving seamless end‑to‑end business processes?In this role, you will serve as a key custodian of master data quality across core operational domains including Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, and Inventory.You will create, maintain, and validate critical data objects that ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance across systems and workflows. Your work will support smooth operational execution by applying validation rules, preventing duplicate records, managing approvals, and maintaining clean, standardized datasets.You will collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, and IT teams to resolve data issues, support process continuity, and maintain alignment across systems. You will also contribute to data quality reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that master data supports efficient operations and reliable reporting.Additionally, you will play an important role in system transformation efforts by supporting data migration, harmonization, and readiness activities for ERP rollouts and enhancements. You will help maintain audit trails, support compliance requirements, and uphold data governance standards across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a data‑driven environment where accurate master data drives better decisions and supports operational excellence.About YouDegree qualified, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in master data management or related data operations roles. You will bring strong knowledge of end‑to‑end process domains such as STP, OTC, RTR, HTR, or Inventory.You are expected to have experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, process mapping, and data quality improvement efforts. You will have working knowledge of Oracle financial systems and solid proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.Experience with AI‑enabled solutions, automation platforms, or aviation industry environments is considered an advantage.This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
