MCV Vessel Coordinator

Monitor fuel ROB & Fuel Track system for failure or errors in performance.Ensure that relevant FW, Oil samples collected for your assigned vessels and relevant reports provided to fleet/technical superintendents for their review in timely manner.Ensure vessels LSA maintained in line to company & manufacturers recommendations.Ensure daily follow up on all relevant team vessels open PRs, SRs & POs.Monitor all designated vessels open defects and assist with rectification and reporting.Ensure any defects, certification or any other PSC detainable conditions reported and escalated to higher management as matter of priority.Ensure timely provision of catering and other support services.Ensure management of assigned vessels on/off hire reporting.Support Docking/Ship repair activities of your assigned vessels as required.Liaise with Warehouse and LRS as required for your assigned vessels.Support other BUE Caspian vessel coordinators as required.Continuously monitor and proactively suggest a
