Medical Coding Manager

We are seeking a Medical Coding Manager to work for a reputable clinic in Dubai.In this role, you must have knowledge and experience in managing outpatient coding operations and demonstrate the ability to build revenue cycle processes to achieve optimum functioning of revenue processes such as reduction of claim edits and denials, coding modifiers, etc.You will oversee and streamline billing and collections processes, prepare month-end closing of the billing group information, and plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.Job SkillsCertified Professional CoderStrong working knowledge of CPT, ICD-9 coding, insurance codes, billing rates, reimbursement and contract analysis with the ability to interpret and analyze data from a variety of financial reports.Expertise in a variety of PC applications including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.About The CompanyHealth Talent Consulting is a unique talent sourcing and management firm exclusively dedicated to serving the healthcare market in the Middle East and North Africa.
