Office assistant vacancy in Khawr Fakkan UAEResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the office in Khawr Fakkan.Answer phones, receive visitors, file documents, manage supplies, schedule meetings, and maintain office equipment.Provide support to management by preparing reports as needed and assisting in other tasks as assigned.Demonstrate excellent communication skills and contribute to customer service principles; resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.Work flexible hours when necessary and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Utilize computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.QualificationsExperience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Customer-service oriented with excellent communication abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Salary & BenefitsSalary: 1100 AED per month.
