ResponsibilitiesThe Opeartion Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the distribution center, ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of goods. They lead and manage warehouse staff to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals while maintaining high standards of inventory control and customer service.Supervise Warehouse Operations - Oversee receiving, picking, packing, IR, and inventory controlSafety & Compliance - Ensure adherence to safety procedures, policies, and operational standardsTeam Development - Train, coach, and develop warehouse staffPerformance Monitoring - Track KPIs and drive continuous improvementInventory Accuracy - Use WMS systems and maintain accurate recordsBudgeting and Cost Control - Develop and manage operational budgetsEquipment Oversight - Supervise safe use and maintenance of warehouse machineryCoordination- Collaborate with logistics, transport, and customer teamsIssue Resolution- Resolve operational issues promptlyPlanning Participation - Attend and contribute to operational planning meetingsCost Management - Assist in managing labor and operational expensesRequirements2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operationsAt least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory managementProficient in WMS and Microsoft OfficeStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
