OverviewMULTI-UNIT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIALBASED IN RIYADH, KSAAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple premium dining locations within a well-established restaurant group. This role is focused on driving day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring consistent guest experience, and supporting business performance across high-volume sites.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations across multiple premium dining outletsSupport the execution of operational strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and guest experienceTake ownership of site-level performance, supporting P&L delivery and cost control initiativesEnsure all locations consistently meet brand standards, service quality, and operational proceduresMonitor sales performance, labour, and operational costs, identifying areas for improvementSupport new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth operational setup and launch executionLead, manage, and motivate large teams across multiple sites, ensuring high engagement and performanceConduct regular site visits to maintain strong operational control and hands-on leadership presenceDeliver training and coaching to restaurant management teams to build capability and consistencyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locationsWork closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives and drive continuous improvementHands-on leadership style with the ability to be present in operations regularlyQualificationsProven experience as an Operations Manager within premium dining or high-end restaurant groupsExperience managing multi-site restaurant operationsStrong understanding of P&L and cost management at unit levelHands-on leadership style with the ability to be present in operations regularlyExperience supporting restaurant openings is highly desirableStrong people management skills, with experience leading large, diverse teamsCommercially aware with the ability to drive performance in busy environmentsHighly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in fast-paced settingsPassion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiencesPlease note, only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted to discuss the position in more detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
