The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology experience in agile development environments and a desire to contribute to innovative software solutions in Engineering Consulting Operations and Project Management.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide expert‑level support for the Oracle EPBCS Suite and related modules (TRCS EPM PBCS FCCS).</li><li>Troubleshoot complex issues in planning, forecasting, tax, reporting and financial consolidation.</li><li>Assist in system configuration maintenance, optimization and user training.</li><li>Engage directly with stakeholders to resolve support requests and ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of support efforts, resolutions and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to address bugs, enhancements and escalated issues.</li><li>Stay updated on Oracle Cloud enhancements, features and best practices.</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements</h3><ul><li>3 years of hands‑on experience supporting Oracle EPBCS Suite.</li><li>Strong knowledge of EPBCS, TRCS, PBCS, FCCS and EPM modules.</li><li>Proven client‑facing support experience with effective communication and resolution skills.</li><li>Experience in at least one end‑to‑end EPBCS or EPM implementation is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with Oracle Cloud integrations and modules.</li><li>Experience in post‑implementation support and system performance tuning.</li></ul><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li><b>Teamwork&Collaboration:</b>Supportive team players building effective relationships across functions.</li><li><b>Communication:</b>Emotionally intelligent communicator with presentation skills including executive‑level engagement.</li><li><b>Critical Thinking:</b>Creative and logical problem solver with strong decision‑making abilities.</li><li><b>Proactive Approach:</b>Self‑driven and committed to delivering quality results and filling process gaps when needed.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
