Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Organizational Development (OD) Manager to lead and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain organizational structures, including organization charts and salary scales.Develop, implement, and monitor SLA frameworks for HR and organizational processes.Lead transformation programs to improve efficiency, culture, and business performance.Manage and coach the HR/OD team to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.Lead succession planning, talent development, and learning & development (L&D) initiatives.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.Collaborate with business leaders to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and implement best practices.Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption across all levels.Qualifications & Requirements5–7 years of relevant experience in organizational development, HR, or related fields.Experience in working with mid to large organizations (1000+ employees).Proven expertise in organizational design, salary structures, and HR policy development.Strong experience in succession planning, learning & development, and transformation programs.Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.Knowledge of SLA frameworks and how to implement them.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Flexible, adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Fluent or Professional spoken in both English & ArabicPreferred SkillsExperience in change management and organizational transformation.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Proficiency with HRIS and organizational management tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
