Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As an Outlets Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving financial performance.Manage inventory levels and stock control to optimize resources and minimize wasteDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the outletPrepare and analyze financial reports, implementing corrective actions as necessaryOversee and optimize staffing levels to meet operational demands and special eventsEnsure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer serviceConduct regular team briefings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skillsMaintain and update guest history records to facilitate personalized service for repeat customersEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene standardsManage the outlet's budget, controlling costs without compromising qualityCollaborate with other departments to support overall business objectivesResolve customer complaints promptly and professionallyImplement and monitor promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or 5+ years of progressive experience in food and beverage managementProven track record in team leadership and staff developmentStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reportingExcellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiencesProficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systemsIn-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, quality standards, and health regulationsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisionsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and restaurant management softwareAdditional InformationStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesFluency in English, additional languages are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
