Paralegal - Emirati Talent

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and wants to make real impact. In this role, you won’t just “support” the legal team — you’ll be a key driver behind compliance, contract excellence, and corporate governance across our regional operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.Conduct legal and regulatory research relevant to the company’s regional operations.Support compliance efforts by monitoring adherence to local regulations and internal policies.Maintain and update corporate records, including board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and identifying potential risks.Liaise with external counsel on litigation matters, regulatory submissions, and legal opinions.Organize and maintain legal databases and filing systems for efficient retrieval and audit readiness.Conduct preliminary document reviews to identify discrepancies and elevate issues appropriately.Support due diligence processes and assist with documentation for corporate transactions.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for legal and compliance matters.Prepare summaries, reports, and briefing notes for management and the legal team.Draft and review routine legal correspondence and documentation.Provide administrative support to the Legal Team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.Due to the volume of applications, only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
