OverviewJob Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative Pizza Chef with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in preparing high-quality pizzas, doughs, sauces, and related items that align with local market preferences and international standards. Saudi residency is mandatory, and applicants must present a professional portfolio of previous work.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cook, and present a variety of pizzas and related menu items in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines.Develop new pizza concepts and seasonal menu items that align with the Saudi market and customer preferences.Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all pizza products.Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to approved recipes and production plans.Manage daily pizza kitchen operations, including preparation schedules and production planning.Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to support menu development and special events.Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.Ensure all equipment, ovens, and work areas are properly maintained and organized.Required Qualifications & ExperienceSaudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Pizza Chef, with hands-on experience in the Saudi market.Strong understanding of local customer preferences and market trends in KSA.Experience with different pizza styles (e.g., Neapolitan, Roman, artisan, or commercial pizza concepts) is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Strong attention to detail and creativity in flavor development and presentation.PortfolioApplicants must provide a professional portfolio showcasing previous work.Portfolio may include high-quality photos, menus, concept work, or signature pizza creations.Experience working with pizzerias, restaurants, hotels, or pizza brands in KSA is highly preferred.How to ApplyInterested candidates should attach:Updated CV.Portfolio of work.Proof of Saudi residency (Iqama).#J-18808-Ljbffr
