The individual will develop and oversee detailed project schedules, monitor project performance, and provide cost management and control. Responsibilities include analyzing project data, identifying risks, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. The role will also require the preparation of progress reports and constant collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved effectively.QualificationsProficiency in Planning & Scheduling with experience in creating detailed project plansStrong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management for optimizing project budgetsExpertise in Project Control and overseeing project performanceExceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify risks, and propose solutionsProficiency in project management software and tools such as Primavera P6 or MS ProjectStrong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience in the luxury finishes or construction materials industry is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
