About the Opportunity We are hiring Portfolio Managers on behalf of a high-performing, multi-strategy digital asset hedge fund transitioning into managing external institutional capital.The platform offers deep liquidity, institutional infrastructure, strong risk frameworks, and significant capital allocations to successful PMs.Role OverviewPortfolio Managers will develop, optimize, and run systematic trading strategies within crypto markets.The firm is open to both crypto-native PMs and traditional finance PMs transitioning into digital assets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and run algorithmic trading strategies.Conduct independent quantitative research.Manage portfolio risk and performance.Collaborate with internal research, trading, and technology teams.Build and lead research teams where required.Key Qualifications5+ years of verifiable trading track record.Strong quantitative and research background.Proficiency in Python and data analysis.Deep understanding of risk and portfolio construction.#J-18808-Ljbffr
