OverviewJob Title: Power BI Developer (MIS & Reporting)Experience: 5+ YearsEngagement Type: Onsite – Contract (6 Months, Extendable)Location: UAEIndustry: Financial Services / BankingRole OverviewInvest Bank is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong hands-on MIS and management reporting experience from the Banking / Financial Services domain. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that support senior management, business, risk, finance, and regulatory reporting needs. The role is fully onsite and part of a time-bound, extendable engagement.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models to support MIS and management reporting.Translate business, finance, risk, and operational requirements into clear, actionable visual analytics.Build and optimize data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources including data warehouses, databases, and flat files.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation across MIS reports.Optimize report performance and implement best practices for scalability and usability.Work closely with ETL, Data, and MIS teams to validate data pipelines and refresh cycles.Support UAT, production deployments, and post-deployment issue resolution.Maintain documentation for dashboards, KPIs, measures, and report definitions.Ensure compliance with banking data security, access control, and governance standards.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.Strong experience delivering MIS, management, finance, and risk dashboards.Expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and workspace management.Strong proficiency in DAX, data modeling, and report optimization.Experience working with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).Understanding of banking KPIs, MIS cycles, and reporting hierarchies.Experience working in onsite enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience with regulatory or compliance reporting in a banking environment.Exposure to Power BI security models, including RLS (Row-Level Security).Familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing architectures.Experience supporting senior management or executive dashboards.Contract DetailsDuration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance and business requirements)Work Mode: OnsiteStart: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
