Job DescriptionIdentify and develop local & international suppliers for Oil & Gas products and servicesSource alternate/backup suppliers to reduce supply riskConduct market research and maintain updated supplier databaseManage vendor pre-qualification and registration -ADNOC, NMDC, & TaqaCollect and verify supplier documents -Trade License, ISO, HSE, ICV CertificationsIssue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and prepare comparison reportsCoordinate technical clarifications with engineering/sales teamsEnsure compliance with client technical, quality & HSE requirementsSupport tendering and bid submissionsNegotiate prices, lead times, and payment termsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement planningRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (preferred)Up to 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas procurement/tradingStrong knowledge of Oil & Gas materials and supplier marketsExperience with vendor registration processes Adnoc preferedProficient in MS Excel and ERP systemsStrong numerical, negotiation, and communication skillsFluent English communication MandatoryBenefitsVisa + Medical InsuranceCompetitive base salaryPerformance incentives+ Bonus yearly.Additional benefits as per company policy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
