Project Manager – VisionPLUS MigrationDomain: Banking & Cards (Payments)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead VisionPLUS card system migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from legacy platforms to VisionPLUS. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation within strict timelines and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end VisionPLUS migration projects (issuer/acquirer or both)Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource plansManage migration phases: data extraction, transformation, validation, and cutoverCoordinate with business, IT, vendors, and third-party processorsEnsure compliance with PCI-DSS, regulatory, and bank security standardsOversee system integration with:Core Banking SystemsSwitches & Networks (Visa/Mastercard)Authorization, Clearing & SettlementFraud, AML, and Reporting systemsTrack risks, issues, dependencies, and provide mitigation plansManage UAT, certification, parallel run, and production go-livePrepare project status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updatesSupport post-go-live stabilization and handover to operationsRequired Skills & Experience8+ years of experience in Banking / Cards domainStrong hands-on experience with VisionPLUS migration or implementationIn-depth understanding of:Card lifecycle (issuance, authorization, settlement)BIN migration, card plastics, embossing, and personalizationExperience managing vendors and card processorsStrong knowledge of Agile / Waterfall project managementExcellent stakeholder communication and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certificationExperience with large-scale digital transformation or core system migrationExposure to multiple card platforms (VisionPLUS, Way4, TSYS, FirstVision)#J-18808-Ljbffr
