Public Area Attendant (Residences)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Public Area Attendant to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai Residences. This role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas within our residential properties ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and guests.Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, corridors, elevators and common spacesPerform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing surfacesEmpty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposalReplenish supplies in public restrooms and other common areasIdentify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnelAssist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as neededRespond promptly to residents requests and concerns related to cleanliness and maintenanceMaintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working conditionAdhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all timesCollaborate with other team members to ensure all areas are properly maintainedQualifications :Proven experience in housekeeping preferably in a residential or hospitality settingStrong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and productsExcellent time management and organizational skillsKeen attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanlinessPhysical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the dayGood customer service skills and a professional demeanorAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic English language skills for communication with residents and staffRelevant certifications in cleaning or hospitality are a plusFamiliarity with health and safety regulations in cleaning and maintenanceUnderstanding of local customs and practices in Dubai is beneficialRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
