QA/QC Engineer

PipeCare Group of companies has been helping the customers ensure the integrity of their pipeline and facility assets for over 20 years.PipeCare Group is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer who will be in-charge with the design and implementation of the Quality & HSE Management System.Key Responsibilities & AuthoritiesPerform the Quality Incoming, In process, Final Controls on the respected sectionsReport to Quality Manager in case of any rejections foundStop the activity in the respective section if the process violation was found and report to the Production Director and Quality ManagerAs a member of QHSE Team, support in Defining Policies & Strategies for the QMSParticipate in the External and Internal Audits from different 3rd partiesTimely review the required QMS documentation as per the QMS requirementsImplementing all applicable standardsFollow up on the found Non-conformities in the CAR processControl the submitted evidences of the Corrective actions taken against the non-conformities and report to Quality ManagerSkills/ExperienceMinimum 5 years of work experience, and worked in medium-size multi-national organization (between 200 to 500 people).Experience in QA and QC in companies that have non-standard production/assembly lines and that had to be very flexible in meeting all client’s requirementsBackground in MechanicalEngineeringWith some international exposureCandidates from PCB MANUFACTURING industry with major in electronics engineering who is familiar with soldering quality, connectors, knowledge of electronics components and testing productsInternal Auditor certificate ISO 9001, 14001 and all relevant Quality CertificationNDT Level 2 QualificationPhysical and Mental RequirementsLifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.About PIPECARE GroupPIPECARE Group offers comprehensive In-Line Inspection Services to identify and size pipeline threats, utilizing advanced technologies such as Magnetic Flux Leakage, Transverse Field Inspection, Ultrasound, and specialized tools, PIPECARE ensures precise detection and assessment of various pipeline anomalies.PIPECARE provides In-Line Inspection Services to locate, identify, and size threats, supporting integrity management requirements.Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
