SummaryThe encumbrance will be responsible for daily fund accounting including updating accounting records and reconciling bank accounts compliance and controls. ExperiencePrepare financial reports ensuring conformity to professional and regulatory requirementsResponsible for ensuring accurate complex fund valuations, distributions, calls / drawdowns and other calculations.Effectively work with administration staff to assist with and complete tasks as required.Research and prepare materials to support the development of new products or client opportunities.Work collectively with management to ensure first class delivery of professional and efficient service to clients.Think outside the box to add value to the team and progress of direct reports.Look at ways to improve services and find resolutions to issues. Qualifications Financial Related Degree with further education to include either ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPAMinimum of 5 years of experience in either Audit or Fund AccountingStrong interpersonal skills and experience in liaising with senior managers is required.Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Power Point, is a must.Proficiency with accounting systems and the ability to lead projects is also important.
