We’re looking for more brilliant people who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.What You'll Be DoingSupporting effective challenge, and providing clear, well-structured compliance inputDeveloping and implementing our compliance management system, particularly to ensure compliant customer outcomes, and manage the training programmeReviewing marketing communications and analysing complaints to maintain compliance standardReading large pieces of regulation and breaking down what’s needed to be done and how it applies to the business modelWorking closely with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure that local risk management frameworks and processes are aligned with global ones and deliver the intended outcomePerforming regulatory issue identification and tracking actions to completionLiaising with key stakeholders as required, both internal (Legal, Risk, BSA/AML Officer, etc.) and external (regulators, advisors, vendors, partners, etc.)Creating, assessing, and implementing policies from scratchWhat You'll NeedFluency in English and Arabic5+ years of experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, bank, or regulatorExpertise in regulatory requirements relating to payments, and a willingness and passion to develop knowledge and expertise in other areas (e.g., crypto and privacy)Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysisA background in policy creation and implementationFamiliarity with payments, prepaid cards, and/or depositsExperience with SANADAKAn understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business riskExceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsNice to haveFamiliarity with CBUAE or DFSA regulationsBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
