Job Description

OverviewResort Manager vacancy in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. We are currently hiring a Resort Manager for our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's operations including guest satisfaction, employee management, and financial performance. You will work closely with department heads to ensure high-quality service and a memorable experience for guests from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the resort including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, activities, and maintenance departmentsTrain and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policiesMonitor financial performance of the resort and make strategic decisions to increase revenue and decrease expensesMaintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the resortDevelop relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptlyCollaborate with marketing team to promote the resort and attract new guestsHandle any emergencies or guest incidents in a professional mannerCreate schedules for staff based on occupancy levels and maintain labor cost controlConduct regular meetings with department heads to review goals and performanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredMinimum of 3 years experience in hospitality management roleExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse teamProven track record of delivering exceptional customer serviceKnowledge of hotel operations including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, food & beverage operations, etc.Understanding of financial statements and ability to make data-driven decisionsAttention to detail with strong organizational skillsAbility to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, evenings as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
