Resort Manager Vacancy in Hafr al Batin, Saudi ArabiaWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxurious resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the resort runs smoothly and efficiently, providing guests with an exceptional experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the resort's daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.Monitor and manage budget and expenses to ensure profitability.Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests.Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.Foster a positive work environment and maintain high levels of employee satisfaction.Oversee marketing efforts to promote the resort and increase bookings.Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws governing the resort's operations.Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury resort environment.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of hotel operations, including reservations systems, revenue management, and cost control.Experience in managing budgets and financial reports.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.Fluency in English is preferred but not required.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Resort Manager who is looking for a challenging role in a beautiful location.
