Our client is a unique restaurant located in Abu Dhabi and hiring experienced Restaurant Manager.What will you do?Set an example in terms of service, products, and guidance of the team that reflects the conceptCo-ordinate between beverage & kitchen to ensure smooth flow of serviceManage and oversee the handling of guests, recommendation of food and beverage items, taking orders, and processing and presentation of guest billsIdentify problems and find effective solutions quickly.Communicate any comments, complaints, and suggestions relating to the operation to the OwnersEnsure the proper handling of all equipment as well as its cleanliness and state of maintenanceUtilize the guest feedback to improve service standards and create and maintain a guest history fileEnsure that all bills have been closed off at the end of the day and ensure each cash-up is completeConduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment together with the restaurant teamTrain and develop all employeesStrong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with local health codesWhat are we looking for?A degree in hospitality management or a relevant fieldPrior experience in upscale casual dining concepts in UAE is a MUST#J-18808-Ljbffr
