Job OverviewEWAA Hotels, a prestigious group of hotels and resorts renowned for exceptional hospitality and quality services, is seeking a talented and strategic Revenue Manager to join our team. This is a Full-Time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and commercially astute professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. You will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance of our properties, including Grand Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Al Muhaidb Hotels & Residence, and EWAA Express Hotels, ensuring we continue to deliver an extraordinary experience for our guests.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage pricing strategies for rooms, conference facilities, and other hotel services to optimise revenue.Analyse booking patterns, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.Prepare accurate and timely revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.Manage and optimise all distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and direct bookings.Conduct regular yield and strategy meetings with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure all commercial activities are aligned.Oversee inventory management and ensure rate parity and accuracy across all booking platforms.Utilise the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management System (RMS) to its full potential.Contribute to the overall commercial strategy by identifying new revenue streams and business opportunities.QualificationsProven experience in a Revenue Manager in hospitality sector.A strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting, and pricing strategies.Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a high level of proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.Expertise in using hotel PMS, RMS, and channel management software.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.Experience within the Saudi Arabian or wider Middle Eastern market is highly advantageous.BenefitsA competitive salary package commensurate with experience.Opportunities for career progression and professional development within a leading and expanding hospitality group.The chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values its employees as its most important asset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
