Job SummaryThe Sales Coordinator will support the sales and business development team by managing client coordination documentation proposals and internal communication to ensure smooth sales operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with sales team designers and estimators for proposalsPrepare quotations BOQs presentations and tender documentsHandle client inquiries follow-ups and meeting coordinationMaintain CRM data sales records and client documentationAssist in contract preparation and approval processesTrack leads project status and payment milestonesCoordinate with procurement and project teams post-orderSupport marketing and business development activitiesRequirementsSkills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field25 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably interiors)Strong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office CRM tools and documentationAbility to multitask and work under deadlines Key Skills Sales Experience,Microsoft Office,Customer Service,Hotel Experience,Hospitality Experience,Basic Math,Microsoft Powerpoint,Salesforce,Filing,Project Management Software,Administrative Experience,Sales Support Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
