And our amazing Team Members are at the heart of it all!A Sales Manager analyses local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.What will I be doingAs Sales Manager you will analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies targeting government departments, ministries and public sector clients.Identify and respond to government tenders, RFQs and RFPs through relevant portals.Coordinate and prepare technical and commercial bid documents in line with tender requirements.Maintain and build relationships with key decision‑makers in government agencies.Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of government contracts.Track tender status, submission deadlines and award notifications.Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and regulations.Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.Develop and implement creative local marketing channels including social media channels.Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.Work within current business strategies and recognise potential opportunities.Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.Attend Sales events as required.Required Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
