Our mission is simple:<b>turn complicated legal processes into beautiful love stories</b>. As demand continues to grow, we’re entering a new phase where we need a strong operational leader to structure and scale our sales team.</p><p>In this role, you will lead a<b>distributed sales organization composed of pre-sales specialists and sales advisors working remotely</b>. Your mission will be to build a structured sales environment, coach the team, and implement scalable processes that allow the team to perform consistently.</p><p>This is a<b>hands-on leadership role</b>. You won’t just manage dashboards—you’ll actively coach your team, improve conversion processes, and ensure the sales engine runs smoothly.
