Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and versatile professional who can efficiently manage the dual role of Scrum Master and Product Owner for a high-stakes project. The ideal candidate will have experience in agile methodologies, technical documentation, and product lifecycle management. The engagement will require full-time, on-premises availability for a duration of 6 to 12 months.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesServe as the Product Owner, gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining user stories, and ensuring alignment with business objectivesBridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring effective communication and collaborationCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and project progress reportsDrive the team toward project goals while managing scope, budget, and timelinesMonitor and manage sprint backlogs, product backlogs, and release plansRequirementsMust-Have SkillsScrum Master Expertise: Proven experience in leading Agile teams and processesProduct Ownership: Hands‑on experience in defining product roadmaps and managing backlogsTechnical Documentation: Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation for development teams and stakeholdersGood-to-Have SkillsKnowledge of .NET technologies for effective technical discussionsFamiliarity with API integrations and understanding of their workflowsNegotiation Skills to align diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectivelyPrior experience in the finance or banking industry will be a strong advantageQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner role#J-18808-Ljbffr
