As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving innovation and process improvement across the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunitiesElicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirementsTranslate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for development teamsDevelop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to ensure clarity and alignmentPartner with senior management to align technology initiatives with business objectivesDrive innovation by identifying opportunities for process optimization and digital transformationFacilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights and validate solutionsProvide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunitiesCollaborate with QA teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standardsConduct post-implementation reviews to measure project success and identify areas for improvementMentor junior business analysts and share best practices within the teamQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a technology-driven environmentExpertise in business analysis frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and wireframing toolsStrong understanding of technology stacks, APIs, and system integrationsFamiliarity with data analysis tools and techniquesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiencesStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesDemonstrated experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and managementKnowledge of process modeling and improvement techniquesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical skills with attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyAdditional InformationLanguages/Technologies: Java/J2EE, ReactJS, JQuery, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PLSQL.
