Senior Business Development Executive - Insurance

With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting for an Senior Business Development Executive/ Direct Sales for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.Job PurposeThe job holder will be stationed at either the Branch or Head Office and will collaborate with all departments to achieve the prescribed KPIs and sales targets. All tasks, plans, and activities should align with the company's overall business strategy.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Line Manager to execute the relevant Business Strategy for ADNIC’s products and services.Coordinate with the Line Manager and other key internal stakeholders to implement business tactics / plans aimed at achieving the set sales target.Maintain and grow the existing client base from an Account/Relationship Manager perspective, focusing on New Account Acquisition and Account Retention Strategies.Implement cross‑selling strategies to maximize product offerings.Promote the sale of ADNIC products / solutions in SME market.Provide timely assistance / support to both, existing & new clientsCoordinate and collaborate with the relevant departments / internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of ongoing matters and outstanding itemsInput sales related data into relevant company system(s) “IBHAR, … etc.”Monitor new / upcoming projects across different market segments through media channels and other available means.QUALIFICATIONS, RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s Degree in Business / (preferably in Marketing)Preferred Certification: Professional InsurancePreferred: 2 – 4 years’ experience in Insurance industry – (Sales)Full professional proficiency in English & Arabic Language#J-18808-Ljbffr
