Senior Engineer - Building Technology Systems

WSP in the Middle East is looking for a competent, passionate and driven Senior/Principal Engineer (ICT & Security) to act as BTS Lead on some of the region’s most high-profile projects. If you bring deep expertise in security & ICT systems, a strong technical foundation, and the leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams across mega-scale, complex programs, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesAct as BTS Lead, overseeing end‑to‑end design, development, and implementation of ICT and security systems for mega-scale projects.Lead, guide and review the technical design of ICT and security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with global and local standards (BICSI, TIA, MOI, etc.) and client requirements.Provide technical guidance, mentorship and design assurance for multidisciplinary teams.Manage the integration of ICT and security systems across complex project environments.Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders—including clients, contractors, and internal teams—to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.Ensure project delivery, technical compliance, and high‑quality documentation.QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, ICT, systems engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of proven experience in ICT and security engineering with a track record of successfully leading large‑scale or complex projects.Strong background in ICT and security systems, with proven experience on mega-scale projects in the region.Leadership capabilities to guide teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver challenging project conditions.BICSI certification preferred; additional ICT/Security-design related professional certificates are an advantage.Relevant engineering or ICT degree; advanced certifications a plus.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
