<div><p><b>Senior French Prompt Engineer – Clinical AI / LLM | Remote in Europe</b></p><p>We are looking for a<b>Senior French-speaking Prompt Engineer / Applied Research Scientist</b>to contribute to the development of<b>AI-powered clinical documentation systems</b>.</p><p>In this role, you will work at the intersection of<b>AI research, prompt engineering, and software development</b>, designing and optimizing prompts for<b>large language models used in healthcare documentation workflows</b>. You will play a key role in improving the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated clinical documentation.</p><p><b>Preferred Location:</b>Remote collaboration within Europe is possible</p><p><b>Languages:</b>French (C1–C2) and English</p><p><b>Experience:</b>Senior level (5+ years)</p><p><b>Start Date:</b>ASAP</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the design and optimization of<b>clinical prompt templates</b>for large language models</li><li>Conduct<b>systematic prompt experiments and evaluations</b>to improve output quality and consistency</li><li>Analyze model behavior and failure modes to refine prompt strategies</li><li>Manage prompt artifacts and release workflows using<b>Git and Azure DevOps</b></li><li>Develop<b>Python scripts in Linux environments</b>to run experiments, batch evaluations, and data analysis</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate<b>customer feedback and operational insights</b>into prompt improvements</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Strong experience in<b>LLM prompt engineering and instruction design</b></li><li>Solid<b>Python development skills</b>and experience working in<b>Linux environments</b></li><li>Familiarity with<b>version control systems and collaborative engineering workflows</b></li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate model outputs and drive improvements</li><li>Experience with<b>clinical documentation workflows or healthcare data</b>is highly valued</li><li>Fluent<b>French and English</b></li></ul><p><b>Interested?
