Senior Manager - Development (Internal Audit)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Manager - Development (Internal Audit) to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit processes related to the development projects within the company. Your expertise will support our commitment to integrity, accountability, and transparency throughout the development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead the internal audit function for development projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Design and implement audit plans and methodologies to assess risks associated with development projects.Conduct thorough audits, analyze findings, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance processes and controls.Collaborate closely with project managers and departmental heads to facilitate audit processes and ensure effective implementation of recommendations.Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the board, highlighting key findings, risks, and areas for improvement.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing and real estate development.Mentor and guide junior auditors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the audit team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) is preferred.Minimum of 9 to 12 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on real estate development or similar industries.Proven experience in leading audit projects and developing audit plans.Strong understanding of internal audit standards, risk management practices, and relevant regulations.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to mentor and coach team members.Proficient in audit software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
