Senior Manager – Facilities Management

Lead and manage end-to-end Facilities Management operations (hard & soft services)Oversee maintenance strategies, asset lifecycle management, and service delivery standardsEnsure full compliance with UAE regulations, HSE standards, and statutory requirementsManage budgets, cost control, and financial performance across contractsDrive service excellence and KPI performance across multiple sitesLead vendor procurement, contract negotiations, and supplier performance managementDevelop sustainability and energy efficiency initiativesMaintain strong relationships with clients, authorities, and key stakeholdersProvide strategic reports and operational updates to senior leadershipRequirementsMinimum 8–10 years’ experience in Facilities Management within the UAE (mandatory)Proven senior leadership experience managing multi-site FM operationsStrong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and compliance standardsFluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatoryBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related disciplineProfessional certification (IWFM, RICS, IFMA, or equivalent) is an advantageStrong commercial acumen and experience managing large budgets#J-18808-Ljbffr
