You will shape the product vision, positioning, and long-term strategy, starting with the Qatar market and expanding across the MENA region.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end development of the travel stream, including monetisation model, unit economics and scalable growth strategyDefine go-to-market approach, positioning, pricing and segmentation for new travel productsBuild strategic partnerships with aggregators, booking providers and experience partnersLead product discovery through customer research, JTBD framework and market validationDefine and prioritize roadmap aligned with ecosystem strategyLead cross-functional teams and drive delivery from discovery to launchEstablish experimentation, analytics and performance metrics to optimise engagement and retentionDrive growth through ecosystem integrations including loyalty, insurance embedding, BNPL and walletRequirementsOver 5 years in Product Management / Product OwnershipProven experience launching a B2 C mobile product from 0 → first releaseStrong experience in marketplace / travel / booking / fintech / superapp environmentsHands-on experience with monetization models (commission-based, dynamic pricing, bundling)Strong analytical mindset (unit economics, funnel analysis, cohort analysis)Experience building and executing GTM strategyDeep understanding of customer-centric product development (Cust Dev, JTBD, experimentation)Experience working with performance marketingAbility to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-scaling environmentSpoken English level B2 or higherNice-to-have:experience in MENA markets / with ecosystem or superapp models / with travel aggregators or booking APIsWe offerLong-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation periodWe are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 25+ different countriesPayment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFTFull-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezoneVacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 vacation days, 10 sick offsPerformance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raisePotential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, QatarEnjoy generous vacation time, paid sick leave, and bonus days for years of service.Language classesMaster communication.
