Senior Project Manager – Corporate Cash ManagementRole PurposeThe Senior Project Manager – Corporate Cash Management Solutions will lead the design, development, and delivery of digital cash management platforms for the bank’s corporate and business banking clients. The role is responsible for end-to-end project governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and technical delivery of products such as Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, and Virtual Accounts, ensuring alignment with the bank’s digital transformation roadmap and Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) regulatory frameworks. This role sits at the intersection of corporate banking and technology supporting the bank’s mission to provide innovative and secure transaction banking solutions to UAE businesses.EducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering.Master’s degree or equivalent certification in Project Management preferred.Professional certifications such as PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PRINCE2®, or SAFe® Agile are advantageous.Experience10–15 years of total experience in IT project management, preferably in UAE banking.Minimum 5 years leading delivery of Corporate Cash Management or Transaction Banking Solutions.Proven experience with:Payments integration (SWIFT, UAEFTS, NPSS, ISO20022, Aani)Liquidity and Cash Concentration SystemsTrade Finance knowledgeCorporate Internet & Mobile Banking ChannelsCore Banking (e.g., T24) integration and middleware APIs.Experience working within UAE banking regulatory frameworks and PMO environments.Exposure to DevOps, Azure Cloud, or CI/CD delivery models.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.In-depth understanding of corporate banking operations, transaction flows, and UAE payment infrastructure.Excellent command of project governance, risk management, and change control processes.Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities with senior leadership.Vendor and contract management expertise.Agile and hybrid delivery management experience.Seniority LevelNot ApplicableEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
