Our mission is to create meaningful impact by empowering businesses and delivering measurable human value.About the Job:The Senior Project Manager – Fieldwork Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of market research fieldwork projects from planning to completion. This role ensures that field activities are conducted efficiently, on schedule, and in line with the highest quality standards. Working closely with project directors, vendors, and internal teams, the Senior Project Manager coordinates field resources, monitors data collection processes, and ensures accurate and reliable data delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with deep knowledge of research methodologies and field management practices to successfully manage complex, multi‑region projects while maintaining strict quality control and operational excellence.Your Main Duties Will Include:1. Fieldwork Planning & Coordination:Coordinate with project director to understand research objectives, sampling plans, and quotas.Monitor the supplier field resources (interviewers, supervisors, auditors) and ensure proper training and briefing before launch.2. Fieldwork Execution & Quality Control:Oversee daily field operations to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Conduct spot checks, back‑checks, and quality audits to maintain data integrity.Identify and resolve any operational issues, delays, or quality deviations promptly.Manage relationships with external field agencies and ensure adherence to company standards.Communicate regularly with suppliers regarding progress updates and fieldwork challenges.Collaborate with data processing and analysis teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.4. Reporting & Documentation:Prepare daily and weekly field status reports highlighting progress, challenges, and corrective actions.Requirements:Experience:Minimum 5–10 years of experience in field operations within the market research industry.Proven experience managing large‑scale fieldwork projects (quantitative and/or qualitative).Technical Skills:Strong understanding of research methodologies, sampling, and data collection techniques.Proficiency with field management tools, data collection software (e.g., Shopmetrics, CAPI, CATI systems).Soft Skills:Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Flexibility to travel and oversee fieldwork across different regions.What You Can Expect From UsAt New Metrics, we are committed to creating an inclusive, flexible, human‑centric and supportive work environment.When you join our team, you can expect:1.
