Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team specializing in multistorey building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation contract administration tendering and overall commercial management of projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage project budgets BOQs and cost reportsEvaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contractsConduct cost analysis and value engineeringManage interim payments variations and final accountsEnsure compliance with project specifications and client requirementsRequirements:Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 710 years of relevant experience in multistorey building constructionProven expertise in FIDIC or other standard forms of contractStrong analytical and negotiation skillsUAE experience preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
