We have an urgent requirement for Senior Technical Product Owner – Digital Asset Custody (Regulated Banking) is required for our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Act as the single delivery authority ensuring secure, compliant, and timely go-live of the custody platform within a regulated banking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn custody MVP and phased roadmap covering retail and corporate custody use cases.Translate custody operating model into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Drive prioritization and dependency management across Ripple, cloud infrastructure, security, and channel teams.Act as single delivery authority across external vendors and internal technology and business teams.Own go-live readiness including:Operational controlsCutover planningRegulatory conditionsRisk sign-offsEnsure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture standards.Provide structured reporting on delivery status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.Manage multi-track execution across integration, security, infrastructure, and business readiness.Mandatory Skillsets (non-negotiable)1. Regulated Banking Product Ownership (Custody / Trading / Payments)8–12+ years in banking or financial services.Proven Technical Product Owner experience in: custody platforms, trading platforms, payments systems, digital wallets / digital asset platforms.Strong understanding of end-to-end transaction lifecycle (order to settlement equivalent in custody).Experience operating under regulatory oversight and audit frameworks.2. API-Driven Architecture & Integration OwnershipStrong experience managing API-led platforms and enterprise integrations.Hands‑on understanding of: REST APIs, secure authentication (OAuth, token‑based security), non‑functional requirements (security, resilience, scalability, performance).Experience coordinating integrations across: core banking systems, channel platforms, cloud infrastructure, enterprise middleware.Experience working with custody or blockchain‑related APIs (Ripple exposure preferred).3.
