Our culture inspires continuous learning and excellence, allowing you to work with and be inspired by some of the brightest minds in the industry.Some High‑impact Responsibilities You Will Be Entrusted WithEfficiently manage day‑to‑day escalations pertaining to claims, endorsements, pre‑approvals, and other client requests.Communicate effectively with clients using a client‑preferred style, employing attentive listening, questioning, and critical thinking.Handle grievance/complaint management and proactively work with key stakeholders to devise resolutions.Consistently support Strategic Account Managers in the account retention/renewal cycle.Ensure TAT adherence across the operations team for endorsements, claims, pre‑approvals, etc.Conduct Bayzat platform and employee benefits training to drive utilization.Organize and coordinate wellness events for clients.What You Will Need To Have2+ years of experience in a client‑servicing or account management role (medical insurance experience is mandatory).Strong organizational skills and detail‑orientation.Excellent time‑management and prioritization abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach.Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including mid‑level executives.Empathy and adaptability to high‑stress/pressure environments.Whats In It For YouAt Bayzat, we build an environment where high achievers thrive.
