Service Delivery Manager (SDM) | CNS Middle East | United Arab Emirates Recruiting Company: CNS Middle East Job Location: United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Salary Range: AED 22,000 – 28,000 (Based on Experience) Application Method:Position SummaryCNS Middle East is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-level IT service delivery across critical applications and infrastructure. This role ensures operational excellence, timely project execution, and world‑class service performance for high-value clients within the UAE.Detailed Job DescriptionOversee the full lifecycle of enterprise IT application delivery—from development and deployment through to continuous support and improvement.Manage cross‑functional engineering teams, uphold strict SLA/KPI commitments, and drive operational governance through ITIL and Agile/Scrum frameworks.Lead business transformation initiatives, ensuring IT services evolve with organizational needs and industry best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise IT applications and services.Ensure SLA and KPI compliance across all service delivery functions.Manage IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve operational excellence.Drive business transformation and process improvement initiatives.Serve as the primary escalation point for service‑related issues.Maintain strong governance and reporting across service delivery operations.Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 7+ years’ experience in enterprise IT service delivery.Proven experience managing Network, Infrastructure, or IT Applications services.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Solid understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.Experience managing enterprise‑level IT operations and governance.Strong project management skills with exposure to Agile delivery.ITIL certification preferred.Nice‑to‑Have SkillsExperience in large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.Background in managing outsourced or vendor‑supported IT environments.Familiarity with service automation and ITSM tools.Technical background in infrastructure or application management.Certification in Agile/Scrum or PMP.Recruitment Pro TipShowcase measurable achievements—such as SLA improvements, successful IT transformations, or major incident reductions—to demonstrate your impact and instantly strengthen your candidacy for this leadership role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
