As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance (PPM) on elevators and escalators.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in elevators and escalatorsPerforming repairs and maintenance on elevator and escalator systemsConducting PPM to ensure optimal performance and safetyEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and company standardsMaintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activitiesCollaborating with other team members to provide excellent customer serviceQualificationsITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical / B. Tech.ExperienceMinimum of 5-8 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industryStrong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and componentsProficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniquesUnderstanding of safety regulations and industry best practicesExcellent problem‑solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOtis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
