Showroom Sales Specialist (Filipino female)

OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist with knowledge of Sales and preferably fabrics or furniture to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will blend deep product expertise with exceptional customer service to guide clients from initial consultation through final purchase, delivering a memorable shopping experience while driving sales growth.Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, including designers and architects.Demonstrate fabric and furniture products, articulating features, benefits, care instructions, and durability for different applications.Assess customer needs, propose tailored solutions, present quotes, and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, log customer interactions, and follow up to secure conversions.Collaborate with merchandising and design teams to present product ranges in an appealing, organized showroom layout.Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and monitor fulfillment to ensure on-time, accurate execution.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.Stay informed about industry trends, new fabric collections to provide expert guidance.Participate in promotions, events, and product trainings; uphold showroom standards and professional appearance.QualificationsFilipino Nationality is a must2+ years of sales experience in retail; experience in fabrics, textiles, upholstery, or furniture is strongly preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and active listening skills.Ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable recommendations and structured quotes.Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced showroom.Flexible with hours, including weekends and occasional evenings for events or key promotions.High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or related certification is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
