Packageup to 47k AED + Medical, flights Car ProvidedDutiesProvide support and guidance to the site teams to facilitate delivery of construction, coordinating logistics, permitting, commissioning and handover activities to technical, budget, schedule and quality requirements.Interface with the Client, Construction Supervisors and the Controls and Commercial Teams to ensure consistent reporting of a level that allows timely decisions to be made.Ensure the availability and implementation of an effective operations strategy, standards, policies, procedures and best practices.Interface with the Engineering Team to ensure the appropriate level of support is provided to the site teams to facilitate resolution of design solutions that promote construct-ability and value engineering.Review the performance of the site teams and the sub contractors and take appropriate action where improvements are required.Provide task force support to each project during start up and to resolve problems during construction.RequirementsSignificant construction experience in a Key Lead role during the set up and execution of Large Complex Building projects working for International Main Contractors.Previous UAE experience or candidates currently based in that location will be preferred as up to date market knowledge and established client/consultant relationships will be an advantage.Min 15 years post graduate experience.BSc in related subject, but not essential.Fluency in English language both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
